Tool Bar Skins
These can be used by saving the skins in BMP format to C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\Bitmaps. Then go into Internet Explorer and click Tools - Toolbar Wallpaper - and select your skin. Note: If you have IE 6 you'll need to download the toolbar accessory here (the site will say it works for version 5, but it also works for 6). If you don't use IE, you can print them out as bookmarks instead.
